Project summary
Stream-Punk LIVE extends an existing EU-made interactive engagement and analytics platform into physical and hybrid live contexts, connecting the audiovisual/gaming and the music sector. The action builds on the online platform core developed under project 101318136 (provided as background, cost-neutral) and funds only what is additional: live-venue extensions (in-venue real-time interaction, crowd mechanics, hybrid/offline operation), a music/festival adaptation layer (song voting, encore mechanics, crowd-vs-crowd cheering, fan XP), and a generative AI content layer for fan activation running on European on-premise infrastructure, with an independent fairness audit.
Over 24 months, Stream-Punk co-designs with labels, artists, festival and venue operators, delivers the extensions and adaptation layer, and validates them in cross-border pilots across 8 countries in three waves (DE/NL/FR, PL/ES, SE/FI/RO), including cross-sector hybrid formats such as game-launch showcases at festivals and esports events with live acts. Results feed into a European Music & Festival Activation Toolkit and reusable playbooks, making professional live-activation infrastructure accessible to independent European music and audiovisual SMEs through an affordable campaign-based pricing tier.
The action supports the Creative Innovation Lab by enabling cross-sectoral innovation between the audiovisual and music industries, improving SME market access across fragmented EU markets and strengthening European competitiveness and technological sovereignty.
